Free Shipping

As part of our commitment to an exceptional shopping experience, we are pleased to offer free shipping orders over $150, within the continental US.  


Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers:

Most orders ship from our warehouse and we offer standard shipping of 3 to 7 business days.  

We strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically processed and dispatched within and up to 2 business days so that customers can receive their items promptly.

In certain situations, we ship directly from the manufacturer who may collaborate with a third-party supplier to handle the shipping, and take charge of shipping your products.  

International Shipping

Baker Rowe offers shipping world wide.  International / Worldwide customers are responsible for shipping cost.  

Recipients of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient upon order arrival.  .

In addition, customers are expected to handle customs clearance, import duties and taxes.  Customers will need to settle fees with the delivery company upon order arrival.  

In-Store or Curbside Pickups

At this time Baker Rowe does not offer in-store or curbside pickups from our warehouse.

Each Baker Rowe order comes with tracking information sent to the email or phone number provided during checkout. To ensure you receive these updates, please double-check that your contact details are accurate.

Please note that due to mobile carrier fraud and spam alert systems, text message notifications may occasionally be blocked. We also recommend checking your email’s spam or junk folder for any communications from BakerRowe.com.

For shipments valued over $400, a signature may be required upon delivery. Keep an eye out for notifications from your shipping carrier regarding your order's status.

Delayed Orders

Unexpected delays may occur due to factors like logistics challenges, weather conditions, high demand, holidays, or carrier issues. At BakerRowe, we are committed to handling these situations with transparency and efficiency.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.  Oversized packages (packages larger than 12 x 12 x 12) can not be shipped to the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, or US territories.
